Welcome Summer !

As it get’s hotter the clothes get smaller… just a kind reminder to bring socks to your appointments and loose fitting clothing like a T-shirt and pants are always preferred attire for optimal treatment conditions (you’ll also stick less to the table and allow me to move your better). If wearing a dress or skirt please wear a pair of shorts under.

If you have any questions please reach me at precision2health@gmail.com or leave me a voicemail at 519-498-5185. Missed calls without any text/voicemail left will not be called back.

Face covering is optional. If you are experiencing cold/flu like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment or call to discuss.

Thank you for your understanding! I look forward to seeing you at your next visit.

Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy which emphasizes the relationship between the structure and function of the human body helping promote the ability to self-healing and self-regulating. We remove the roadblocks that may be slowing you down from living a functional and full life. Full comprehensive postural assessments, gentle manipulation of soft tissues, and body adjustments can help you feel your best through training, working and day to day activities. Manual Practitioners do not see themselves as healers, but instead as facilitators to health.

First introduced by founder A.T. Still in the 1870s, osteopathy is a science, a philosophy, and a practice.

Sylvia has always been passionate about helping individuals of all ages, abilities and fitness experience to achieve their health and fitness goals. She graduated with a Degree in Sports, Leisure and Physical Education, and later continuing her studies in human biomechanics. She has successfully completed her Osteopathic education, graduating in Master of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
